Looking for lab / printer.

 I am looking for a shop which can do a drum scan a 6x7 negative, Kodak PRN,
digital clean up, and then print onto photographic paper using light
emitting diodes.  

  Resulting print size undecided.  16x20 or larger.  I do not believe that a
print larger than 32x40 would be needed.

  The digital editing is remove power poles and electric wires.  Client may
decide to have two vehicles in the parking lot removed also. 

  I remember that this printing method was discussed by the group some time
ago.  

  Client also wants postcards from the same negative.  My first choice would
be a four color separation and print by conventional methods.  Client
expects that these cards will be kept for years and does not want fading ink!

  I want an uncompressed copy of the drum scan on CD.  

  Also want an uncompressed copy of digital edit and separations made into a
CD.  Understand that lab might wish to keep this CD.  Just want to make sure
that the work is archived in case of reorders.  

  I am located in Kentucky, USA.  Prefer lab to be in USA.
