XPan center filter

Can anyone comment on the performance of a non-Hasselblad center filter
on the XPan 45mm lens? I'm particularly curious if the XPan lens hood
fits, since the Tiffen filters I got for this camera prevent use of the
hood.

Does anyone know a low-cost source of a Hasselblad center filter?
