Noblex 135U Questions

I looked at a 135U last week and found the salesman's knowledge very
limited and felt a bit pressured when looking through the manual . . .
the internet sites that I found helped a lot but I still have a few
questions which someone with this camera probably can answer.

- How are the filters installed?

- When the lens is shifted is there any indication in the finder of
what   is framed?
