That effect was probably made using a 3D modeling program like Adobe
Dimensions (is that product still made), Raydream, Strata StudioPro, Extreme
3D or the like (I use Strata StudioPro).
The trick is to create an open-ended cylinder and then map (attach) the image
to the cylinder. Then you render the image, which shows essentially what you
saw on the Kodak site. It's easy to do, if you have the right software.
