Specialized Processing for 50 year-old B&W Film

I just received an inquiry which I'll relate to you. A woman in southeastern Missouri (USA) went to an estate sale and picked up a miniature camera that was marked "Occupied Japan". The camera was called a "Mycro" and was made by Fanwa Co. Ltd. It appears to have a 20mm lens. With the camera came 6 rolls of exposed but unprocessed film. The film is B&W, apparantly 14mm in height and is designated as "micropanchro". Her question was, who could process this film? I'm not sure whether she wants the images for herself or to donate to an historical institution, such as the National Archives.
