I concur with the above wholeheartedly.

Something you may have not tried before.  Using Microsoft Outlook or Outlook
express, choose Tools, Options, Mail Format "MS Word".  Then, while
composing or reading an email, choose View, Zoom, and then a large
percentage (200% or more).  Then the entire mail, incoming and outgoing,
will appear large, but will still be sent at a more typical size.

Of course, if you don't have those options, we still value your opinions.
