dear steve- i have learned that
former r.i.t. graduate ed meyers is going off the list temporarily. he
know a lot about what i am doing and is able to type in normal type. since
he edited my columns at modern and pop and he has index (on paper) he should
be a good one
to help list members who object
to type size. because of the objections a lot of my replies are off line
to people who really want help and more than showing
their theories that larger type
is harder to read. i have snailmailed many answers supported by paper to
list members who need. this includes my correspondence with zeiss about
110mm hologon (covers 5x7") which could handle between lens shutter as
well as their offer to scale this upward for proposed 4x10" sheet film
