I agree with you, its horses for courses. I have amongst my pan cameras
4 - #10 CIRKUTS, 120 Noblex, 35mm Noblex, Fuji 617, 35mm Roundshot and guess
what, I'm about to buy a Hasselblad/Fuji Xpan. Why, because it will fill a niche
in our line up. After trying  the Blad EL/M with a 60mm and scissors to get the
same effect we gave up...it was just too cumbersome running up and down the
sideline with a blad on a pistol grip. Use the best camera you can find four your
application...if you end up with 6 cameras so be it, just produce the best images
you can for each situation.
