Here's my two cents.

I've been on and off the forum for the past year.
I enjoy reading Simon's posts. I also enjoyed reading his photography 
column when it was available.  It breaks the monotony of what could be a 
dry subject. This is one of three or four forums that I subscribe to and I 
have to say that it beats the "back stabbing I'm better than you are" posts 
on some of the others.
