I can't see why anyone would pay $4,500 for a used Linhof when you can buy a 
brand new Fuji GX617 body with a 90mm lens for about $5,200.

I'll be interested to see what this sells for. I've got one that is in very 
good condition (not for sale right now), that I paid $2,200 for 5 years ago. 
I've seen them for sale now for quite a bit more than that!

I don't know why there would be so many cameras on the market right now 
except that for most folks a 35mm panoramic camera is a lot more convenient 
and economical than one that uses 120 film. And, if you've got a $4,500 
camera you aren't using much, why not get rid of it and buy a nice computer, 
DVD player, digital camera, and who knows what all else for the same money.
