I own an Alpa Roto 70.  To answer your question re: parts I'd try Carl Heitz
Inc.  They're located in Woodside, NY  718-565-0004 (I'm not sure if the address
and phone number are current.  Try them)  One interesting note, Carl Heitz had
advertised that the camera was "guaranteed for life as well as incarnations"
They did stand behind their "slogan" for when my camera's rubber drive belt
disintegrated into a thousand and one pieces they gladly replaced it with a new
one at no additional charge.  The camera had to be at least 8-10 years old at
the time.  Now that's what I call service!
