PanoTools is a collection of free programs which aid in
Panorama and 3D Object creation.

New Features:

o PTStitcher now supports high dynamic range images: Reads,
processes and outputs 48bit TIFF and PNG images.

o Morph-to-fit option corrects slight parallax errors,
motion misfit or other previously uncorrectable
errors.

o New seaming algorithm is faster on large
images and handles any shape of overlap.

o Many User Interface improvements: Zoom window added,
settable point sizes and colors, Project editor
added (no need for script fiddling on single row
panos), easy scrolling via grabbing hand cursor,
transparent triangles etc.

o Automatic triangulation and triangle editing
tools added.

o PTStereo now handles any number of input images
to create 3D-scenes from photographs. Complete
360degree objects are feasible.

o Map-to-map option lets you create photorealistic
3D-scenes by using a photograph and a map or
ground plan of the same scene/ object.

o PTStereo now supports 3DMF output in addition
to VRML.

o True view interpolator 'PTInterpolate' added.
This is not just a morpher, but a tool to create
physically real intermediate views between images
of the same scene taken from different viewpoints.
This includes facilities to handle occlusions and
create movies. Its many features will be described
in an upcoming article.

o Many bug fixes.
