Printing from Photoshop

As someone computer-literate and not unintelligent, I am
baffled and frustrated.  I have a Mac, an Epson 750, and
Photoshop 5.  I've been creating assembled panoramics
(the latest set uses old junky 120 cameras) and for the
life of me I cannot figure out how to print from Photoshop.
The image size in Photoshop is explicit but try as I might
I cannot get them to print at a reasonable size - they always
come out tiny on the printer.

I'd be extremely appreciative to anyone who could help
me with this.  I've searched the web and haven't found
anything that helped.
