yes check your image size under image on the main bar, most scanner bring in
an image with lots of resolution but the dimensions are usually the same
size as the original. If this the case you will specify a width . To check
how it will then fill your page click on the bottom left corner of your
photo shop window click on the little document size window and you will get
a page preview. the other way to size your image is to crop it with the
cropping tool under the marque tool or just hit the C key on the key
