Usually, I would recommend Helmut Dersch's great PTViewer
Java applet (http://www.fh-furtwangen.de/~dersch/).

However, it is distributed under GNU license so that
you should include an appropriate link. I think it
really deserves this minimal credit - if your panos are
good enough ... ;-)
