glenn-if you consider the two diff focal lengths you find that the two focal lengths and lens designs are hardly compatable in the amount of travel needed  for each from single helicoid. the mentioned  pentax accessory came on japanese market in 1970. it was not availble for 1964 construction of simon/wide 6x18 camera. i had at one time 10 diff lenses mounted for 6x7 pentax, none of which were pentax factory blessed. three were f.2's. buddy graves at marty forscher's will tell you that these were a blessing. japanese selling price at the time was $25 per.  simon
