Use the tripod head that you already have. Mark the
pan into thirds, 3 at 120 degrees each. The marks may
already be there. Take a look.

Having the pan head with the clicks would be a nice
luxury, but pointing to three marks on the head that
you already own is free and a darn easy to do.
