I think you may be disappointed in these low-cost solutions as you
will probably see a fair amount of distortion - not just spherical,
which can be compensated for, but parts of the image that appear to 
be wavy from an imperfect surface. I once (long ago) went through 
my mom's Christmas tree ornaments, by the hundreds, to find the 
perfect one but had to settle for the wavy distortions. Also, the 
shiny surface was on the inside of the glass (most are this way), 
giving further ghosting distortions. But hey, for a $0 budget, 
it was fine, and enough to win a photo contest.
