Title: Re: Linhoff Techikardans  6cm x 24cm modified Pan. Camera
the camera likely started life as a 23s technickardon   w/max bellows ext 340mm, using standard linhof bds, for interchangeable lenses up to the bellows limit. if he used the 45 youd have  about 480 mm ext. that much we know. apparently the individual
replaced the entire rear assembly and bellows with an interchangeable ground glass and a
6x24 roll back, 120 only probably as it is simpler because of the paper backing allows a simple red window counter.  unless you get all the parts im guessing at you will be stranded
as replacing for example the roll back would be an exorbitant expense. maybe someone has
this setup and can help you but i rather doubt it. ralph

To everyone who has come across the "Linhoff Techikardans  6cm x 24cm modified Pan. Camera"'

Hello, I am not a veteran in panorama and new to this forum.  Please bear with my novice status, so as to give your sound advice and point out the rightful direction.

I am going to purchase a used panorama camera "6cm x 24cm modified Linhoff Techikardan".
It is my little understanding that this was a modification made by a German photographer about 12 years ago and now there was a very few number of this camera in the world market.

Would someone tell me the technical information of this camera such as
1.    What is the focal length range of this camera, from 121mm to 360mm?
2.    Is it a fixed lens camera or interchangeable ?
3.    Is it applicable for #120 or #220 ?
4.    Further detailed information ...........    etc.,

Thank you very much for your kind attention.
