If you are looking for graduated filters that start out dense at the top
and move to clear at the bottom, then I suggest you buy Coking filters
(4x4) and cut them down. I keep their series of blue and grey (ND) in
my case when I need a nice dramatic sky and nature gives me a full
overcast grey card. They're plastic ("resin" is an expensive word for
plastic). If you mean you want a graduated center filter to reduce the
fall off, then you need to talk to the lens manufacturer.
As to locating the filter without the GG. I'd say experiement. most
of the time My filter rarely puts the faintest color below half way.
