Listmembers should be aware of various resources for the Napster, MP3
and DeCSS lawsuits as well as the Digital Millenium Copyright Act
(DMCA) which is driving some of them.

When reading through all of this material its important to remember
two things;
1) the law is complicated so just cause  you think something means
something it aint necessarily so
2) not all the DMCA is in effect right now.

Warning: these cases are very technical. Anyone just getting their
feet wet in e-commerce who hasnt been playing around with technology
for a while be prepared to be overwhelmed for a bit. But you will get
used to it.
