I've had the same problem with both of my Noblex cameras, and I've always 
tried
fresh batteries first.  Both of them had to have electronic replacement work 
done
at Professional Camera Repair in NYC for several hundred dollars each.

Unfortunately, this is a weak link of the Noblex system.  I also have 2 -150 
models,
both of which have had electronic circuit board replacements as well.  If you 
are a new
dealer in Canada, you will soon discover this to be the case.  Bytheway, I 
still operate
my first Noblex (now 8 years old?) prototype 150.
