3mm mm panoramic scanner?

Hi,

I am looking for a scanner that can scan standard 35mm and
also film from my Horizon 202, about 24X58mm image size 
on 35mm film. The resolution I am looking for is 2400 pixels
 per inch or more. The HP S20 can do this, but are there other
 alternatives within the same price range?
