Re: Stereo panoramas

Merci beaucoup Michel,
Ou est que je trouve d'autre information d'un 360 degree panoptic camera?
Now were getting to the meat on the bone. 360 degree panoramas! How do you
view them?I believe that I have been to your site but can't find the
pointers now.
Many thanks

Hello,

For my 3D panoptic 360° stereo camera, I use the 1/30 rule, so the 3D can
be reproduced in distances between 30x and 1000x the base, base = lateral
distance between the two optics. If you use greater distance you will have
hyperstereo and scale model effect. I have made experiments using one
camera and made two consecutives pictures lateraly spaced of 6 metres. Just
made pictures with nothing moving. Be quick moving for moving clouds.
Good luck with your project.

Michel
