XPan 90mm lens case

Folks,  Does anyone know of a source for a sturdy cylindrical leather case
for an XPan 90mm lens?  Mine measures 57mm in diameter by 90mm long (with
front & rear lens caps attached as well as skylight filter but no hood).
I'm looking for the kind with a snap or zipper that holds the lid closed.

By the way, a great source for an eveready case for the XPan plus 45mm lens
