Other than the fact that the industry is starting to crack down on people
who are just holding names for the purpose of extracting fees from a real users
(courts are starting to rule for the companies not the owner of the name),
its all a matter of the value of that name. If 360foto was already a mega-million company they would be willing to pay lots for the name, but to establish a
new company its probably worth the $10 to register it.
