In Summer 2000 (maybe Sept.) I decided to buy a VOYAGEUR II
from SCANTECH (Owner Mr. Gildas le Lostec). At first I had to decide, which
Lens I want to use, because the Camera will be produced for
only one special Lens. (Fokal-point ?) I decided to use a 28mm Objectiv.
You can use a normal NIKOR 28mmAF.(NIKON-Connector).
After I had send him my Order by EMail I had got a Confimation and a
Time when it is made. Becaue every Camera is Handmade, of course.
The Timeperiod was 2 Month. The Camera needs a Power
of 12V and it would be clever to order his Batteriepack-Holder
from him, too. Or you have to solve this problem yourself.
You can also get the Voyageur-Manual by post before.

Every Camera will be testet by Mr. Le Lostec and you can tell
him special wishes for the shutterspeed (?). See the
description on his Website. Or a HTML-File by disk (maybe Email, too)
When he decided that the Camera is ready for delivery, I had got
an EMail with the Transferdates for his Bank.
EUR 1.471,00 (2.898,54 DEM) I had to pay for my own
Christmas-Prensent. About 500-600 DEM (Street-price bracket)
for the NIKON-Lens.
After I had transfered the Money to his Bank, it cost 3-4 days
that it arrives at his account. After this, Mr. Le Lostec will send the
Voyageur II Camera at once (!) by DHL, and ONE (!) day later I arrives in
Berlin (Germany).
Gildas Le Lostec (ScanTech) is a real and credible Businessman.

experience:
The results are professional. Some good Photografer and my
Developer-laboratory said so, and so do I.
I can use different Films without problems. (Fuji Color, and BW-Noname)
(the two motors are strong enough) The weight is 1615 g.
Banding problems? Please, help me to explain this.
(Do you mean the Crop-Point at 360-degree, will be OK)
The Camera will do much more than 360-Degree. (I think about 380)

Please have a look at MY own Voyageur (28mm):

and one of the first BW-Examples at a famous point in Berlin:

Please enjoy it! And buy this Voyageur II Camera from Gildas
direct from him
