Yeah I got into a bit of bother with that just about the time NAFTA hit
the fan. I had hoped to work on the expansion of the the bridge and
tunnel between Michigan and Canada. I found out both were owne by
Canadian firms and for them to hire me was next to impossible, Nafta or not.
