If you've ever seen the short film Animato, you already know "Mike
Jittlov Does Everything!" He's a really neat guy, a charming speaker,
and an amazingly talented artist.

For those not familiar with *The Wizard of Speed and Time* (comes in
short and long versions), it demonstrates his ability to jump against a
wall while the camera films one frame, jump slightly higher with legs
repositioned slightly while the camera takes the next frame, jump
slightly higher..... and at the end you get several seconds of film that
makes him look like the roadrunner running up and across the wall.
There's a similar "floating Mike" scene in Animato (which started out as
an animated departed store ad, but when they company canceled the ad the
film kinda grew horns and legs and alien spaceships and moon landings
and...).

I don't thing he's ever done a 3-d film, but he's a master at creating
interesting special effects on a shoestring.

He even has his own newsgroup. This appeared in alt.fan.mike-jittlov a
