Ortho stereo projector?

Good news for ortho stereo fans:

I hear that the Germans (Jon Golden, please confirm) are 
designing an ortho stereo projector.  This projector will have 
35 mm/f2.8 lenses that will allow you to project Realist slides 
from the ortho seat.  35 mm = 1.4 in., a tremendous improvement 
over the TDC 4 in. lenses.  The projector comes with a 2 m (80 
in.) absolutely smooth screen.  It is recommended that the 
projector is placed at 3 m (9 ft) from the screen and that the 
audience is limitted to 2-3 people (one person is the optimum).

The only catch:  The set is priced at approximately the cost of 
a Macro Realist and gold-button viewer outfit, or a new BMW...
