Hi Ted,
I'm the Belgian George Themelis was refering to. :-)
I must say I like the COLORIST's results *a lot*. George is absolutely right. It
deffinately makes sharp pictures. It also has a combined "one eyepiece"
vieuwfinder-rangefinder. The only drawbacks are : winding and rewinding is
difficult and the plastic winding spool breaks very easily. Several people ,
familiar with the camera reported the same problem. The take-up spool breaks
where it's attached to the metal spindle inside. I repaired it by drilling a 2mm
hole trough the spindle and the spool and put a small nail trough it. This
solves the problem 100%.
Harry Poster reported the alluminum bends easily and gets ugly. Mine doens't
seem to have this problem.
It's one of the few camera's I can get some of my "non- 3D addict" friends
to use because it has some "modern camera" features.
In short: It's one of my favoured. :-)
Patrick.
