More on Kodak and Hyperfocus

First, thanks to all who responded to my question, it has
been very helpful.
The riddle may have been solved yesterday when I received a note
from Gil Van Horn, who had first noticed the problem. Included
was a copy of a spec. sheet for the Kodak lenses. As calculated
by LDAEnt@xxxxxxx (excellent work!) the circle of confusion that
Kodak used was indeed .0019". However, when you look at the
depth of field chart you notice that the published values
differ from what the lens markings give you. For example
when focused at infinity using an f8 the chart gives a DOF from
10ft to Inf. but the lens gives a DOF from 15ft to Inf.! Also
from his description it would appear that the markings differ
from camera to camera.
One more thing of note: The sheet claims a stereo window of
5 1/2 ft instead of the 7ft that I've usually heard.
Tim
