Hologram(tm) Projection

On Dec 15, Gregg Podnar responded to me request for help.  We wanted to
produce and project a video images in the same fashion as the Edmund
Scientific parabolic mirror device and the video arcade game featuring old
West actors projected on a stage.

Gregg was nice enough to advise that we:
  1) Buy a used Hologram(tm) game machine.
  2) Provide your own video source.

Thanks for your help.  Now, a few more questions.

*Where* would we be able to purchase such a machine?  Where should we start
our search?  In the local phone book?  

And does anyone remember the full name of that arcade game?

Do  you have any advice on where I may locate a machine locally?
