da-lite silver lenticular

Da-Lite tells me all of their silver lenticular screens 
have 42 lines per lineal inch.  They must mean current
production since so many people have screens with 25 lpi.
Has anyone bought a Da-Lite very recently?  42 lines per
inch on a 48" screen subtends about one minute of arc at
the ortho distance (about 72") and so should be just on 
the line between visible and invisible depending on 
contrast and overall lighting conditions.  Of course 
stereo acuity is much better than this so I don't know 
what effect the nearly-invisible lines might have on 
depth perception.
