Flash delay circuit

Hello 3D'ers,

  I have developed a circuit to let you use an electronic
flash on a camera that only has M sync (flash bulbs).

  The information is in the form of a 33 kbyte GIF file
(my scanned schematic) and a small text description.

  I also have some ideas on a circuit addition that will
delay the flash firing until both shutters are open if
used with twin cameras (hint: it's an OR gate :).
