Generally, this kind of software is only able to play with the stereo window
: the only 3D effect you will see is a flat image pushed into the screen.
Any program creating anaglyphs from stereo pairs (like Photoshop or Picture
Publisher...;-) can do that : just select the same image for left and right
view...

You'd beter keep your 3d-bucks for a scanner 8-)
