FWIW, I have a business card for Jess Powell from the time I bought this book 
from him.
This was some 4 -5 years ago so it may or may not be valid.

Since (if it's still valid) this is probably his home phone, I'm reticent to 
quote it in a public
message, but I should think it would be OK to give it to any interested 
parties that send
me private email.
