Subject: Kodak Lenticular imaging...

Last year I saw several large (20x20?) lenticular images in the
Innoventions pavilion at Epcot Center that blew me away. Their
depth and clarity were stunning...

Well, a year later I finally have a few examples of Kodak newest
lenticular technology... They were sent to me by Kodak in the
hopes that I might use it for a cover for the book I am working
on. They are really amazing! They can use up to 24 full frame
pictures to create either 3D stills, or animated lenticulars.
Only problem is:

THE COST IS $500 TO RENT THE SLIDE BAR NEEDED TO PRODUCE THE
APPROPRIATELY SPACED IMAGES, AND $5000 FOR THE FIRST COPY OF AN
8X10 PIC!!!!

Of course, it would only be $17 per print after that, but...
That's 2.5 times the entire cost of my book! Anyway, if anyone
might be interested in knowing more about this stuff, please
write me privately, and I will give you more info...
