Maybe the following is of some interest to you.
In Holland there are two magazines devoted to
cameras (from our point of view) :

1) PHT - Photohistorisch Tijdschrift (Photohistorical Magazine)
   This is the mag of the Dutch Fotografica Association.
   A lot about camera history. Very interesting !
   Stereo as well; processes and hardware.
   I started my membership back in 1978.
   You can try to get a sample copy at :

2) Camera Magazine, which is devoted to cameras as well.
   Very old, old, occasions, new. Even some video from
   time to time. Contains a lot of commercial adds, as
   well as private trade and sell. Ads from subscribers
   are free (3-liners). Couple of articles in the past
   about stereo : FED BS, Ditch 3D Macro, Loreo, Realist,
   Goerz Anschutz, stereoscopes . . .
   There is also a web-site : WWW.CAMERANET.NL
   Information, index, camera news, info about available
   cameras, buy, sell or trade (free one-liners) and
   info about auctions and shows.
