A couple of expo administrative things:

ENTRANT LIST
------------

  If you're entering expo2, PLEASE check the entrants list on the 
WEB page (I will post a list here later today or tomorrow) and make 
sure I have your name down! I apologize, but due to the recent death
of my father-in-law, things have been "unsettled" in our household
of late, and I suspect I have accidentally missed one or two
entrants! My sincere apologies if this is the case - if so, PLEASE
email me and let me know! As far as I know, the WEB page is now
up to date!

VIEWING GROUPS
--------------

  Several people have written me to complain that they think my
"assignment" of viewing groups in a previous posting was unfair.
Sorry for any confusion - I was not meaning to assign groups, simply
to point out states or regions which had a good opportunity of
forming groups.

  I was intending to stimulate discussion, and get the process of
groups forming! I hope some of you are right now emailing each
other, working out expo entrants near you whom you could meet
with!

  PLEASE - try to take the initiative to form groups in your
area! This is a totally volunteer effort, and you'll help me
greatly by getting this going!!!

  If you check the expo WEB page, you'll see that groups are
already forming - and it shows visually just how effective the
viewing groups can be in reducing expo travel time!

  For example, check Josh Rubin's group - he's already got four
entrants organized in his area, and working on more! Great job!


MAILING
-------

  I hope it was clear that each entrant (or group) is responsible
for postage to the next person on the list. This is in addition to
the $5 entry fee. The $5 entry fee is strictly to help offset the
costs of the international shipping. If there is extra left over,
we'll come up with something equitable to do with it - perhaps
apply it to the budget of the next 3d@xxxx  (I _really_ don't want
to write 62 $0.52 refund checks ;)
