Oh, there are lots of clues.  People ask the same question that's
just been asked.  People say things that reveal that they don't know 
what was said recently.  People don't notice if they're missing a digest.
People complain about the size of the digests and not having time to read 
them.  Not any one thing but the sum of all things.  That's why, when I
was talking to Ryko about another subject, I asked him about this subject.
As head of ISU he should know something about keeping people's interest.
