Baby Bertha 2

Does anyone have any knowledge or information on the Baby
Bertha 2 stereo macro camera constructed by Mary
Whitehouse? Or could anyone point me to information
sources?

This is the camera described briefly on P110 of Ferwerda's
"The World of 3-D" but I'm looking for a little more detail than
is given there.
