There are about 5 couples in the Chicago Stereo Camera Club who
are both stereo photographers.  And I might add that I think that
must be a very nice situation for them, since you can plan trips
and photo-taking stints without feeling like the other person is
being put upon.

My wife is not a stereo photographer, but she likes the pictures,
and encourages me to take more stereo photos of our kids.
