The future of Stereo!

   I have in my possession, a German made Holmes style stereo card
   with the date 1876 or so printed on the back. There is much
   German printing on the back, and an etching of some medals
   (I think they were awarded to the photographer).  

   The image is of a young girl sitting at a piano, and is pseudo
   colored.  The condition of the card (front) is weathered, but
   in the viewer you can still make out fine detail in the image.
   The back of the card is in better condition. The front border
   is red in color.

   I will post the printing (if I can type it in english), in my
   next post.  Maybe someone can translate it for the group to  
   read. I allways wondered what it said.
