I'm assuming that 3D Expo would count as private use? (No guarantee that they'll come out, because I don't have the film back yet, but I did shoot a couple in Colossal Cave in Tucson earlier this month...). Anybody know if Arizona has any such regs, should I decide to use the shots elsewhere? (Editorial comment: what a stupid regulation. Seems to defeat the purpose of preserving such sites for everyone to see and enjoy...)
