I don't know about "Stereoscopy", but I do know what the situation is with
"Stereo World"--there's presently no unified cumulative index, but a number
of people have indexed a few volumes at a time, using various different formats 
and conventions, and I'm attempting to combine these into a single index.
Larry Hess has given me a number of computer files produced by the people that
did the original indexing, and I'd be happy to E-mail them to anyone who's
interested, or to look up things for people (provided there aren't too many
such requests!).  I hope to have a preliminary version of a unified index
available in a few months.
