mini -v- massive digests

Many people are divided as to what is better - A small digest appearing many
times or a big one appearing sporadically. If there were some way to click
on the "TOPICS COVERED IN THIS ISSUE" then the digest could be very long,
people could then just mouse click on the index at the beginning. My
computer skills are not sufficient to suggest a way for this under e-mail
but it could certainly be easily done under  Hypertext (eg "Hot-Dog")
language as a net browser feature.
If anyone has any furthter thoughts, please contact me direct or post a reply.
