Owla Frame Alignment

I ran two rolls of B&W (Kodak Tech Pan) film though my Owla camera the other
day. I was trying to check DOF, frame size and positioning, etc. and didn't
want to waste expensive (to buy and process) slide film. Because Tech Pan is
such a slow film (? 25 ASA) I tried multiple exposures. Needless to say I
got some very underexposed shots. What I found (which wasn't evident in the
eight or so rolls of correctly exposed slide film I have shot) is that the
two frames of the stereo pair are shifted vertically on the film stock (all
the left pairs are high and all the right pairs are low). Does anyone know
if this is a "quirk" of this camera; what causes it; can it be fixed?
If anyone is interested, I found the viewfinder to be very close (maybe just
a touch smaller) to actual exposed frame size. I also found that when the
focus is set to minimum (three feet) and the fstop set to 16 I got good
focus down to 12-14 inches. And one last thing - B&W negative film viewed as
a slide can have some amazing effects. It may be that the high contrast Tech
Pan film had something to do with this also. I am not sure a continuous tone
film like T-Max would be the same.
Thanks for the time,
