Sorry, Tom: I thought I posted a reply back when you first brought it up.
TK Treadwell's address is the one given for the NSA Book Service in "Stereo
World." He is also a Compuserve member. ..... ah! Here it is (actually,

When I got my list a couple months ago, the cost was $20 for four disks, with
a variety of different format options available. The list (which also
includes many modern stereographers) is worth many times that price!
