Jim McKeown's book "Price Guide to Antique & Classic Cameras" is a camera 
price/description guide for over 9,000 cameras, both 2-d and 3-d.  The 
1995-1996 is the 9th ed. and is 608 pages; it's big and heavy.  I don't 
sell it, but Reel 3-D does. Price is around $35+  Jim has a "law":  "The 
price of an antique camera is entirely dependent upon the moods of the 
buyer & seller at the time of the transaction."

I highly recommend it if you want to identify a camera or would like a 
"market value" for the camera. The 3-D cameras are well covered.
